- Apply for an account
- Check application status
- Questions about existing accounts should be sent to the webmaster

- Check your spam/junk folder – some email systems treat computer generated emails as spam

- Go to the UNDSMHS Address book and search by your name
- Forgot your medicine email password?
- Contact UNDSMHS Computer Services
- Forgot your U-mail address or password?
- Contact the ITSS Help Desk by email or telephone at 701-777-2222
- Forgot your remote access email address?
- Contact the webmaster
- Forgot your remote access password?
- Go to http://medicine.nodak.edu/proxypass and request a new password
Cookies
- If you receive this error "Authentication not successful. Your browser appears to be refusing cookies set by this site or your login session has expired"
- Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies
- Set both undmedlibrary.org and 134.129.201.49:85 as trusted sites in your firewall/anti-spyware/anti-virus product(s)
Excluded users
- Former UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences students, residents, faculty, and staff no longer have access to licensed library resources
