Logging in to the web site

• Current UND students, residents, faculty and staff log in using:
  • your IdM/Blackboard/PeopleSoft/SafeConnect user name and password *RECOMMENDED*
    • Example:
      User name = john.smith
      Password = IdM/Blackboard/PeopleSoft/SafeConnect password
  • Do NOT use @med.und.edu as part of your user name
  • Do NOT use @my.und.edu as part of your user name
• Current UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences and College of Nursing clinical/community/adjunct faculty and Human Nutrition Research Center staff and researchers
  • Log in using your remote access account address and password
  • Apply for an account
  • Check application status
  • Questions about existing accounts should be sent to the webmaster

Troubleshooting

Applying for a remote access account

• Didn't receive your verification email from webmaster?
  • Check your spam/junk folder – some email systems treat computer generated emails as spam

User name and password

• Forgot your IdM/Blackboard/PeopleSoft/SafeConnect user name or password?
  • Contact UND Tech Support by email or telephone at 701-777-6305
• Forgot your remote access email address?
  • Contact the webmaster
• Forgot your remote access password?
  • Create a new password using the Forgot Password Form

Cookies

• If you receive this error "Authentication not successful. Your browser appears to be refusing cookies set by this site or your login session has expired"
  • Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies
  • Set both undmedlibrary.org and 134.129.201.49:85 as trusted sites in your firewall/anti-spyware/anti-virus product(s)

Excluded users

• Former UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences students, residents, faculty, and staff no longer have access to licensed library resources
