Outreach
The Harley E. French Library of the Health Sciences coordinates a statewide health science library system and, as resources permit, assists in providing for the biomedical information needs of the health care community and the general public.
Outreach services are offered through four clinical campus sites

- PubMed — Provides a search interface for biomedical journal literature.
- MedlinePlus — Information on health topics for the consumer, drug information, a medical encyclopedia, and interactive patient tutorials.
- Go Local North Dakota — Provides information about health related services, providers, and organizations available to redidents of North Dakota.

Outreach services of the Harley E. French Library of the Health Sciences are funded in part with federal funds from the National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health under a contract with the University of Illinois at Chicago, Greater Midwest Region office of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine.
