Complete subscription portfolio for orders, renewals, claims, cancellations, invoicing, and direct or consolidated shipment
OttoSerials, HARRASSOWITZ’s online management system for periodical subscriptions and standing orders, offered free of charge to all HARRASSOWITZ customers
Notifications of changes in subscription policies for any titles currently on order
A full suite of management reports for all titles on order to support collection development, financial controls, fulfillment checking, holdings review
Electronic Data Interchange, for orders, claims and invoices with leading library management systems, in EDIFACT, X12, and proprietary formats
HARRASSOWITZ extends its tradition of the highest standards of service to the management of electronic resources with HERMIS HARRASSOWITZ Electronic Resources Management and Information Solutions, available to individual libraries and consortia.
Service charges for the HERMIS features are negotiated individually and depend on the services picked and chosen by the library.
E-Resources News/Offers are announced regularly on the HARRASSOWITZ website.
OttoSerials can be used to search the entire database of 150,000 periodicals and standing orders, to enter new orders, to review invoices, to track latest volumes shipped, to enter and review the status of claims, and to generate library specific management reports.
